1.1 These Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (“SIGA”) Rewards Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the SIGA Rewards loyalty program (the “Program”), and applies to individuals who register and participate in the Program in accordance with these Terms (each, a “Member” and collectively, “Members”)
1.2 This Program is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
1.3 This Program is valid at all SIGA Casinos including Bear Claw Casino, Dakota Dunes Casino, Gold Eagle Casino, Gold Horse Casino, Living Sky Casino, Northern Lights Casino and Painted Hand Casino.
2.1 Participation in the Program is free, granted, and maintained at SIGA’s discretion.
2.2 Members must be 19 years of age or older to participate and must comply with all Terms for the entirety of the membership.
2.3 Valid government-issued photo identification and proof of age must be presented upon registration.
2.4 SIGA employees may not participate in the Program. Spouse, father, mother, brother, sister, or child (including stepchild or first nation’ customary adoptions) of SIGA employees (“Immediate Family Members”) that reside in the same household may register for the Program and are eligible to receive associated benefits. However, Immediate Family Members cannot participate in promotional contests that involve a random draw component for a prize. Immediate Family Members must disclose their family status at the time of registration.
2.5 Membership application must be completed by the Member agreeing to the Terms. SIGA reserves the right to determine eligibility and deny any application to the Program.
2.6 Members may only have one (1) active membership account and must have a unique phone number or email address. Members may use up to three (3) club cards at one time during a visit at a SIGA Casino.
2.7 Membership in the Program, all benefits, and rewards are non-transferable. All Program rewards and benefits are cancelled in the event of a member’s death.
2.8 SIGA is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately to the SIGA Rewards desk located at each SIGA Casino.
2.9 Each Member is solely responsible for ensuring that their account card and information are kept secure at all times.
2.10 Members with self-excluded or trespassed status as determined by SIGA will not be eligible to participate in any of the Program’s rewards and benefits, promotions or marketing offers. Any rewards or benefits earned or awarded to Members with this status will be forfeited.
3.1 The Program will include earned rewards and benefits based on carded participation from the Members.
3.2 A Personal Identification Number (“PIN”) is required for each membership. Members are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their PIN.
3.3 SIGA Reward Points: Reward points are earned through qualifying recorded slot, electronic table games or traditional table games at any site listed above in section 1. It is the Member’s responsibility to properly insert their Program card into the slot machine or electronic table game or present it to the appropriate table games SIGA employee at eligible table games for the entire duration of play that the Member wants recorded. Reward points will be awarded at the rate determined by SIGA in its sole discretion and may differ between initiatives.
3.3.1 Once earned, reward points properly accumulated by a Member can be redeemed for reward benefits determined by SIGA.
3.3.2 Reward points expire twelve (12) months after they are earned by a Member.
3.3.3 Reward points retain no value outside of the Program. Reward points cannot be assigned, exchanged, purchased, transferred or otherwise sold.
3.3.4 The accumulation of reward points do not entitle the Member to any vested rights, and SIGA does not guarantee in any way the continued availability of any reward or any other benefits. All reward points are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. SIGA reserves the right to invalidate any reward points that SIGA deems to have been awarded in error, or as the result of any fraudulent activity, or any activity not in keeping with the Terms and Conditions.
3.4 Tier Credits: Tier credits are earned throughout qualifying period using recorded slot, electronic table games or traditional table games at any site listed above in section 1. It is the Member’s responsibility to properly insert their Program card into the slot machine or electronic table game or present it to the appropriate table games SIGA employee at eligible table games for the entire duration of play that the Member wants recorded.
3.4.1 Tier credits have no redemption value. Tier credits are used only to determine a Member’s membership level in the Program.
3.4.2 Tier credits are earned through a “tier period”, of which there are two (2) tier periods in a twelve (12) month time frame as follows: April 1 to September 30, and October 1 to March 31.
3.4.3 There are four (4) membership levels with the SIGA Rewards program. The number of tier credits needed to be earned through each tier period to move through of the membership level are as follows:
1. Emerald: 0 – 500 tier credits
2. Gold: 501 – 10,000 tier credits
3. Platinum: 10,001 – 30,000 tier credits
4. Diamond: 30,001 tier credits
3.4.4 Membership level is based on the number of tier credits collected in the previous tier period. A Member’s tier credits will automatically be reset to zero (0) at the beginning of the next applicable tier period.
3.5 Members may request a gaming statement at any SIGA Rewards desk for a summary of carded gaming play for pre-determined time frames.
4.1 App Access and Eligibility
4.1.1 Members with a valid, active SIGA Rewards Account may access and use the SIGA Rewards mobile application (the “App”). Use of the App is subject to these Terms, the SIGA Rewards Application Terms of Use, and the Player Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.
4.1.2 Members are responsible for ensuring their mobile device meets the technical and system requirements necessary to access and use the App. SIGA Rewards does not guarantee that the App will be compatible with all devices, operating systems, or software versions.
4.2 Account Credentials and Security
4.2.1 Members must create and maintain a confidential password to access the App. Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their password and App credentials.
4.2.2 All activity conducted through the App using a Member’s credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by that Member. SIGA Rewards will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access where the Member has failed to safeguard their credentials.
4.3 Email Address and Communications
4.3.1 Members must provide and maintain an active and valid email address associated with their App account in order to receive account verifications, notifications, and communications relating to their SIGA Rewards Account.
4.3.2 By using the App, Members authorize SIGA Rewards to communicate with them electronically regarding account activity, promotions, rewards, and other information related to the Program. It is the Member’s responsibility to keep their email account secure and up to date.
4.4 Unauthorized Use
Members must immediately notify SIGA Rewards of any suspected unauthorized access to or use of the App or their Account. Failure to notify SIGA Rewards promptly may result in the Member maintaining access to the app.
4.5 App Availability
SIGA Rewards does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, system upgrades, technical issues, or circumstances beyond SIGA Rewards’ reasonable control. SIGA Rewards reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or function of the App at any time.
4.6 Social Slot Tournaments
Social Slot Tournaments (also referred to as “App Tournaments”) are offered within the App for entertainment purposes only.
4.6.1 Social Coins
Members may enter Social Slot Tournaments using social coins. Social coins are awarded through App activities such as the Daily Bonus Game, referrals, or upon joining the App. Social coins have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, points, or promotional dollars, and may only be used to enter Social Slot Tournaments.
No purchase is required to obtain social coins or to participate in Social Slot Tournaments.
4.6.2 Tournament Rewards
Members may be awarded SIGA Rewards points and/or Free Slot Play based on their ranking on tournament leaderboards. Tournament results, rankings, and prize determinations are final as determined by SIGA.
SIGA Rewards reserves the right to adjust, void, or withhold tournament results or rewards where technical issues, errors, suspected misconduct, or violations of these Terms are identified.
4.6.3 Rewards and Prizes
Rewards and prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and are subject to applicable casino rules and restrictions.
4.7 App Offers
Members may periodically receive promotional offer notifications through the App Offers page. Offers are subject to applicable terms, conditions, and availability.
4.8 Account Information Displayed in the App
The App may display the following information for informational purposes only:
a) SIGA Rewards Account Number and Tier Status, including accumulated Tier Credits;
b) SIGA Rewards Points, displayed as a dollar equivalent;
c) Promotional dollars redeemable in person at participating SIGA Casinos;
d) Social coin balance for use in Social Slot Tournaments.
Information displayed in the App may not reflect real-time balances and is subject to verification by SIGA Rewards.
4.9 Errors
Members acknowledge that errors may occur in connection with the App, including but not limited to system malfunctions, software defects, or human error. Errors may affect account balances, tournament results, rewards, or displayed information.
Members must promptly report any suspected error to SIGA Rewards and agree not to knowingly take advantage of any error. SIGA Rewards reserves the right to take all actions it deems necessary to correct any error, including adjusting balances, voiding rewards, or reversing transactions.
4.10 Suspension or Termination of App Access
SIGA Rewards reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a Member’s access to the App, including participation in Social Slot Tournaments, where SIGA Rewards reasonably believes the Member has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or misused the App or Program.
4.11 Intellectual Property
All content, software, graphics, designs, trademarks, and functionality within the App are owned by or licensed to SIGA Rewards and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit App content except as expressly permitted.
4.12 Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SIGA Rewards does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of App content.
Members download or use the App at their own risk and acknowledge that SIGA Rewards will not be responsible for any damage to devices, systems, or loss of data resulting from App use, except as required by applicable law.
5.1 Members must promptly notify SIGA if they are not eligible to participate in the Program or to receive any Program benefits for any reason.
6.1 SIGA collects Member’s personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). By participating in the Program, Members consent to the collection, use and discloser of their personal information. Member personal information is required for the administration, management and accounting of the Program, marketing of all SIGA products and services, Member research, player development activities, and to enable the implementation of voluntary or involuntary exclusion from SIGA Casinos.
6.2 Personal information is used and retained by SIGA, and respective vendor(s) who perform services on SIGA’s behalf. In these instances, SIGA will only disclose information required to perform those services. In such cases SIGA will enter into contractual agreements to protect the security and confidentiality of Member’s personal information.
6.3 In order to be eligible to receive Program benefits, promotions, bonuses, event notifications, and other membership information, Members are responsible for providing contact information and consent for contact.
6.4 Members may correct or update personal information or withdraw consent at any time. 7.1 Although SIGA makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information presented in connection with the Program is accurate, the Program, including all content and any services or benefits made available through the Program, are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, and may include errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies. A Member’s participation in the Program is at their own risk. SIGA disclaims all warranties, representations, covenants, and conditions in connection with the Program, including any warranties, representations, covenants, or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, performance, or non-infringement. SIGA makes no representations or warranties about any third-party service providers or vendors involved in the Program. A Member’s sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Program is to stop participating in the Program.
8.1 In addition to any other limitation of SIGA’s liability, in no event will SIGA (or SIGA’s directors, officers, employees, service providers, subsidiaries and agents (the “SIGA Parties”)) be liable to a Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary or aggravated damages, or for any loss of revenue, goodwill or reputation whatsoever, based on any legal theory (including tort or negligence), and even if advised of the possibility of those damages. A Member’s exclusive remedy with respect to any dispute and their participation in the Program is to discontinue their participation in the Program.
9.1 Members will indemnify and hold SIGA and the SIGA Parties harmless from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from their: (a) participation in the Program; (b) breach of any of the Terms; or (c) untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided to SIGA. For the purpose of enforcing this indemnity, Members acknowledge and agree that SIGA may act as agent and trustee for the SIGA Parties.
10.1 The Terms will be governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without reference to any conflict of law rules that might apply the laws of any other jurisdiction. A Member and SIGA each attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Saskatchewan and all courts competent to hear appeals therefrom to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Terms or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims). Notwithstanding the foregoing, (a) Members agree that SIGA will be entitled to seek and be awarded an injunction or other appropriate equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction anywhere in the world restraining any breach, threatened or actual, of a Member’s obligation under any provision of the Terms, and (b) Members agree that SIGA shall be entitled to seek and be awarded an order from a court of competent jurisdiction anywhere in the world for the purpose of recognizing and enforcing any interim or final judgement, order, injunction, award or other relief granted or provided by the courts of Saskatchewan and waive any defence they might have to the granting of such an order.
11.1 Members agree that SIGA shall be entitled, in addition to other available remedies, to seek and be awarded an injunction or other appropriate equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction anywhere in the world restraining any breach, threatened or actual, of a Member’s obligations under any provision of the Terms, and without the necessity of showing or proving any actual or threatened damage or harm, notwithstanding any rule of law or equity to the contrary. Members hereby waive any requirement that SIGA post any bond or other security in the event any injunctive or equitable relief is sought by or awarded to SIGA to enforce any provision of the Terms.
12.1 By accepting these Terms, Members acknowledge and agree that all content presented to them in connection with the Program is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary or intellectual property rights and laws, and is the sole property of SIGA. Members may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, sell, license, distribute, or otherwise exploit any documents or information relating to the Program in any form or by any means without prior written permission from SIGA, and Members are solely responsible for obtaining permission before reusing any copyrighted material that is made available as part of the Program.
13.1 These Terms supersede all previously existing SIGA Rewards terms and conditions.
14.1 These Terms are effective as of March 23, 2026. SIGA reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time without notice. Members acknowledge and agree that it is their responsibility to review the Terms from time to time, and to familiarize themselves with any modifications or revisions that may be made. A Member’s continued participation in the Program after such modifications or revisions will constitute their acknowledgement of the modified Terms and their agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms. Members can access these Terms on the premise of any SIGA Casino or online at SIGARewards.ca.
