How SIGA Rewards Works

How do I earn tier credits?

You earn Tier Credits by inserting your SIGA Rewards card when playing slots or electronic table games, or by registering with a live games dealer during table play at any SIGA Casino. $5 = 1 tier credit.

When are the tier qualifying periods?

Tier credit qualifying periods are every six (6) months:

April 1 to September 30

October 1 to March 31

Do my tier credits expire?

Tier credits reset April 1 and October 1 for the next qualifying period.

How are SIGA Rewards Tier Credits upgraded or downgraded?

Upgrades can be achieved at any time during the six-month qualifying period. When you reach a new tier, it will be reflected the next gaming day, making you eligible for a new card and additional benefits.

Downgrades are based on your play during the six-month qualifying period when using your SIGA Rewards card. You can check your new tier status on April 1 and October 1 each year.

Can I check what my current tier status is?

Visit any guest services representative at a SIGA Rewards desk to check your tier status at any time. Exciting new features are coming soon, including the ability to access your account at slot machines and through the SIGA Rewards app to check your balance. Stay tuned for more details.

Where can I use my new SIGA Rewards Card?

You can use your upgraded SIGA Rewards card at all seven SIGA casinos when playing any slot machine, electronic table game (ETG), or live table game.

What are Club points? 

SIGA Rewards Points are earned based on your play and can be redeemed for cash back, with 1,000 points equaling $5. It’s a great way to enhance your experience by turning play into instant rewards.

Do points expire?
SIGA Rewards points expire after 12 months of inactivity.

Can I use my Club points at the restaurant?
No, Club points can not be redeemed at any SIGA restaurant. 

How do I earn points for slot play?

Slots: earn 1 SIGA Reward point for every $1 wagered

Tables: SIGA Reward points are based on a combination of your average bet, which game you play, how long you play and the average hand per hour for the game.

  • Point Forfeiture: Points earned through misuse of the SIGA Rewards card or fraud are invalid and may be forfeited. Casino management reserves the right to revoke the SIGA Rewards card and suspend or terminate the player from the program.
  • Point Ownership: Accumulated SIGA Rewards points remain SIGA’s property until redeemed by the member. Points cannot be assigned, transmitted, or transferred to third parties and are exempt from seizure. Points are personal to the cardholder and are cancelled upon death.

Do I get a discount on food & beverages with SIGA Rewards?
Yes, SIGA Rewards members get 10% discount on their bill at our restaurants.

Can I get access to tickets to concerts and events?
Yes, SIGA Rewards members get early access to purchase show tickets, three days before the public.

What is a PIN and why do I need one?
PIN stands for personal identification number. Because you can download points and free slot play at your machine, you need a PIN to access your balances. It is very important that you never share your PIN with anyone, just like your bank card PIN. If you ever forget your PIN, simply visit the Players Club desk to create a new one.

How do I check the current points balance for my SIGA Rewards account?
Your account balance is displayed each time you insert your card into a slot machine. If you’d like to check your balance during play, simply remove and reinsert your card.

Will my membership or points ever expire?
If you choose not to redeem your SIGA Rewards points, they will expire 18 months after the date on which they were earned. Free slot play offers placed on a SIGA Rewards card will expire at the end of the gaming day. What happens if I withdraw my SIGA Rewards card during play?

What is the Tier Credit Reset?

The Tier Credit Reset is the bi-annual reset of your SIGA Rewards Tier Credits, which determine your tier status based on your gaming activity. This reset does not affect your SIGA Rewards Points, which are redeemable for cash.

Can I still use my SIGA Rewards card during the reset?

Yes! You can continue to use your SIGA Rewards card as usual during the Bi-Annual Tier Credit Reset. You will still earn Tier Credits, Rewards Points, and can redeem points without interruption.

Will I still earn SIGA Rewards Points on March 31, 2025, and April 1, 2025?

Yes! The Bi-Annual Tier Credit Reset does not impact your ability to earn SIGA Rewards Points. Your points will continue to accumulate as usual.

When do Tier Credits reset?

Tier Credits reset twice a year:

  • March 31
  • September 30

How can I check my SIGA Rewards Tier Credits balance?

You can check your balance at any SIGA Rewards Desk in our casinos.
Coming soon: The SIGA Rewards app will provide real-time updates on your Tier Credits, Rewards Points, and exclusive offers.

How is my tier determined?

Your tier is based on your gaming activity over a six-month period:

  • October 1 – March 31
  • April 1 – September 30

Check the SIGA Rewards Tier Matrix to see how many Tier Credits are required for each tier level.

Do SIGA Rewards Points reset?

  • SIGA Rewards Points expire if they are not redeemed within 12 months from the date they were earned.
  • Free Slot Play offers loaded onto your SIGA Rewards card expire at the end of the gaming day.
  • Inactive accounts for more than two years may be deleted, and all accumulated points will be forfeited.

Can I be downgraded to a lower tier?

Yes. If you do not earn enough Tier Credits during a six-month accumulation period, you will be placed in the appropriate lower tier.

For example:

  • If a Platinum Member earns only 9,000 Tier Credits by March 31, they will be downgraded to Gold on April 1.
  • However, you can upgrade anytime during the next accumulation period by earning enough Tier Credits.

Do I need a new card after the reset?

Your existing SIGA Rewards card remains linked to your account and can still be used. However:

  • If your tier level has changed, your old card will not reflect your new status.
  • We encourage members to update their card regularly to ensure optimal functionality.

What is the difference between Tier Credits and Rewards Points?

  • Tier Credits determine your tier level but have no cash value.
  • Rewards Points accumulate through carded play and can be redeemed for cash.
